2. Products & Services

       Dense Grower offers:

• Fresh Microgreens through weekly subscription plans.
• Premium Mongra Saffron for retail and wholesale purchase.

       All products are subject to availability and, being natural products, may vary slightly in appearance, color, weight, packaging, and characteristics between batches.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment is successfully processed.
• Prices may be revised without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Product Information and Disclaimer

• Product descriptions, images, and information on the website are provided for general informational purposes only.
• The products sold by Dense Grower are natural products and may vary slightly between batches.
• Unless specifically stated, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Dense Grower and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5. Microgreens Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans are billed in advance according to the selected plan.
• Once a subscription plan has commenced, it cannot be paused, cancelled, or transferred during the subscription period.
• Delivery schedules will be communicated at the time of subscription.
• If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, provides incorrect delivery information, or fails to collect the parcel from the delivery agent, the order must be collected from the Dense Grower office and will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or rescheduling.
• Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
• Once a subscription delivery schedule has commenced, requests to reschedule deliveries during the subscription period or between scheduled delivery weeks will not be accepted.
  

6. Microgreens Subscription Schedule

        Our microgreens subscription follows a fixed 4-week delivery schedule. Subscriptions begin with the next scheduled delivery week at the time of purchase and do not start from Week 1. Deliveries will continue according to the fixed weekly rotation throughout the subscription period.

7. Perishable Products

       Microgreens are fresh and perishable products. Customers should refrigerate them immediately upon delivery and consume them within the recommended storage period for optimal freshness and quality.

8. Returns and Refunds

Microgreens

        Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, returns are not accepted. If products are delivered damaged or spoiled, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs and videos for review. Refunds or replacements will be considered at the sole discretion of Dense Grower after verification.

Saffron and Saffron-Based Cosmetic Products

        Returns are accepted only for products delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, or for opened packages with a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue, provided the customer submits clear photographs and videos as proof.

9. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, agricultural factors, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

10. Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms may differ from retail purchases.
• Wholesale orders may require advance payment or approved credit arrangements.
• Additional terms may apply to specific wholesale agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dense Grower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. In all circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant purchased product or service.

12. Force Majeure

Dense Grower shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, crop failures, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, power failures, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Privacy

By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.
